JAL国際線機内食での浜松・浜名湖地域の食材を使用した特別メニュー／Special in-flight menu featuring ingredients from the Hamamatsu and Lake Hamana area on JAL international flights
事業について／About the Project
浜松市と日本航空株式会社（JAL）は、ハママツ・ツーリズムプロモーション・パートナーシップ協定に基づき観光振興に取り組んでいます。
その一環として、中部国際空港発（天津発中部国際空港着のビジネスクラスも対象）のJAL国際線にて、浜松の豊かな食材を活かした機内食をご提供します。食材は公募で選定し、機内食を手掛けるシェフがその魅力を最大限に引き出し、完成した特別メニューです。
生産者の想いが詰まった食材の魅力を、ぜひ空の上でお楽しみください。
また、今回は、JALふるさとアンバサダーに浜松・浜名湖地域の観光地やおいしい食を体験してもらいました。旅の様子をSNSに投稿していますので、ぜひご覧ください。
Hamamatsu City and Japan Airlines are working to promote tourism based on the Hamamatsu Tourism Promotion Partnership Agreement.
As part of this initiative, JAL international flights departing from Chubu Centrair International Airport will offer in-flight meals featuring Hamamatsu’s abundant local ingredients. The ingredienrs are selected through an open call, and the chefs responsible for the in-flight meals have created special menus that maximize the appeal of these ingredients.
Please enjoy the charm of these ingredients, filled with the passion of the producers during your flight.
This time, the JAL Furusato Ambassadors also experienced the tourist spots and delicious food in the Hamamatsu and Lake Hamana area. They have posted about their trip on social media, so please take a look.
