(1) Information Transmission Route for Hamamatsu City

* Area Disaster Prevention Squads - These will be established in each area throughout the city and will carry out the following duties as a part of the official City area network.

1.To collect information about damage in each area

2.To report the information

3.To communicate with City Hall

 

(2)Listen to FM Haro!

In times of disaster, City Hall and the FM Haro! Studio will be linked with an emergency information broadcast system, which will broadcast the latest information from the City Hall Disaster Prevention HQ. Listen to FM Haro! (76.1MHz) for detailed information for residents, which will be broadcast at all times.

(3)Area Information Transmission Centers

In times of disaster, emergency shelter and temporary evacuation areas will become the centers of information for the local area.
