Traffic Accidents

If you are involved in an accident, you should do the following:

• If there are injuries, then call an ambulance (tel: 119)
• To ensure that there are no further accidents, move your car to a safe spot and turn on your hazard lights.
• Call the police (tel: 110) as soon as possible and report the accident. Accidents must be reported when there is any material damage as well as in the case of injuries.
• Confirm the other party’s name, address, telephone number and vehicle registration.
• If there were any witnesses then note down their names and contact details as well.
• Contact your insurance company.
