Individuals who already have been certified or become eligible from August onwards will receive new certificates by early August via post. Individuals that are newly eligible should call the Advanced-Age Senior Citizen team of their respective ward office or administrative center to receive certification.
Conditions: [1] Households with individuals aged 70~74 who have National Health Insurance, and a taxable income of between ¥1.45 million and ¥6.9 million.
[2] Members of households where all members are exempt from municipal tax.
A notice will be sent to individuals who meet either of the above conditions by late July. Those who believe they are eligible but have not received by the end of July should contact the national health insurance team of their respective ward.
