When moving there are various procedures that must be carried out at the ward office and other public service offices. Please contact the responsible division for more information.
Carry out procedures required to change your address.
*Please contact the Ward Municipal Services Division at your local ward office for any enquiries.
Please return your Citizen Card (Certificate of Seal Registration) when moving to another city.
If you move to somewhere else within the city, you can continue to use your Citizen Card (and Inkan (seal) registration certificate) as is.

Please return your Hamamatsu City Health Insurance Card when moving to another city as it will no longer be valid. You must re-enroll in your new city of residence. There are also procedures to be completed when moving within Hamamatsu.
