*Households of dependents of a person paying residence tax are not eligible.
- Households consisting solely of people
who are not subject to income-based
residence tax for the 2023 fiscal year.
*This excludes households that are
exempt from paying per capita residence
tax.

- 100,000 yen (per household)

- Information will be sent from around mid-March to households that are considered
to be eligible.

In addition to the 70,000 yen for households exempt from per
capita residence tax, information is being sent to households that
are considered eligible for this benefit starting around the end of
February.
Households subject to only the per capita tax
Information will be sent to households that are considered
eligible from around mid-March.
*The notice is the same as that received by those eligible for
the benefit for households exempt from per capita residence tax.
