浜松市では、皆様の声を市民サービスの向上につなげたいと考え、毎年11月の1か月間を「市民への約束」評価月間としてアンケートを実施しております。

令和7年度のアンケートは、以下のとおりです。御協力よろしくお願いいたします。

いただいたアンケート結果は、令和8年2月頃に市ホームページ等で公表いたします。なお、いただいた御意見について、個別に回答するものではございませんので、予め御了承ください。

Here at Hamamatsu City, we hope to improve our public services by listening to the voices of all our residents. This November, we are conducting a month-long survey to assess "Our Pledge to the Citizens".
