Treating Injuries and Burns

1. Treating injuries

  • Clean the area
  • If the cut is deep or large, go to a hospital’s department of surgery
  • Cool light bruises
  • If the wound is bleeding, strongly press down with gauze. If it doesn’t stop bleeding even after 4 minutes, go to a department of surgery.
  • For nosebleeds, get them to be quiet and sit them with their head slightly downwards. If you press down on the nose from both sides, it will stop.
  • If they have a broken bone, don’t move it. Take them quietly to a department of surgery in an outfit that doesn’t hurt.

2. Treating burns

  • If there any clothes covering the burn, take them off immediately. First, pour water onto the clothing, then cut the clothes away.
  • Cool and clean the burn (from 15 to 30 minutes)
  • Do not burst blisters

Things not to do

  • Do not apply medicine right away (horse fat, aloe, etc.)
  • Do not cool the burn if it is particularly large
