North

On the north side, one can see complex terrain with many valleys, one of which is known as Saigagake. A few tens of kilometers away are the Mikatagahara Battlefield and Futamata Castle Ruins. The Sakuza Enclosure is named after one of Ieyasu’s chief vassals Honda Shigetsugu, who went by the name Sakuzaemon.
