● Rapid Multilingual Provision of Disaster Preparedness Information using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Hamamatsu City is the first city in Japan to use RPA* technology to create a system which translates Japanese into multiple languages, scheduled to start operation in September.
*RPA is a system in which software robots perform tasks that humans do on computers.

There may be a leak in the house!
The tremors of an earthquake may damage the water pipes in the house, causing water to leak inside the walls or under the floor. Check the water meter with all faucets in the house turned off, and if the pilot* is turning, there is a leak in the house. Tighten the main water valve and contact the city's designated water supply system contractor (check our website for the list) to repair the leak.
