Procedures for Changing Address Due to Ward Re-organization
< 行政区の再編に伴う、住所変更手続き >
You do not need to change your address for services handled by the City Office, such as residence cards and Certificates of Residence. Please continue to use them as they are.
Information about the MyNumber Card will be announced in future editions of Information Bulletin Hamamatsu, on the city website, etc.
Most of the services handled outside the City Office, such as driver’s licenses, will not require a change of address, but some may.

For inquiries/consultations regarding things outside of poor physical health, e.g. issuance of a medical care certificate, please contact the Public Hygiene & Sanitation Division (TEL: 453-6118).
Vaccination vouchers have been sent out in late April to those aged 65 or older and those with underlying medical conditions who have previously applied for vaccinations. Those who work at medical institutions, nursing homes, etc. and those with underlying medical conditions who have not received a vaccination card need to apply.

Hamamatsu City will issue “photochemical oxidant warnings” or announce “PM2.5 warning information” if there is a rise in the concentration of photochemical oxidants or PM2.5 in the air which pose a potential health risk.
If a warning is issued, the following precautions should be taken to protect your health.
