Q. What is the address and telephone number of the Brazilian Consulate in Hamamatsu?

Q. Where do I apply for a Re-entry Permit?

A. You can get one at the Hamamatsu branch of the Immigration Bureau. Please bring your passport and Residence Card with you when you come to apply.

Q. I lost my Residence Card. What should I do?

A. Please report the loss to the police within 14 days in order to receive a Report of Lost Property Certificate (Ishitsu Todokede Shomeisho).
After receiving this certificate, present it at the Hamamatsu branch of the Immigration Bureau. Please bring your Report of Lost Property Certificate, a passport photo, and your passport.

Q. I want to apply for a visa. What should I do?

A. Please contact the Immigration Bureau (Nyukoku Kanri Kyoku)
