Learning Japanese

We residents of Hamamatsu, both Japanese and non-Japanese, want to make our city a great place in which to live. Here at the Hamamatsu Foreign Resident Study Support Center, opened in 2010, we are working toward making our multicultural community a better place to live by providing educational support for our city’s non-Japanese residents and by providing training for Japanese language education volunteers.
