Laborers' Rights
Foreign workers and their rights are protected under Labor Standard Law and other related regulations just like Japanese workers.
Contact the Labor Standards Supervision office in the following cases:
- I was injured at work, but the company will not compensate me for the medical expenses.
- My employer does not pay promised wages.
- I was suddenly fired, but my employer will not give me any severance pay.
