Through this newsletter, published four times a year, we hope to introduce the traditions, history, products and scenic spots of Hamamatsu as seen through the eyes of a CIR.
What is a CIR? A CIR, or Coordinator for International Relations, is a native English speaker invited to work in Japan via the JET Programme. Daily responsibilities include translation, interpretation, event planning and more.
